AGILE FLUIDICS™ – Intelligent Fluid Control
This active fluid management system features real-time IOP compensation to keep the anterior chamber stable throughout surgery. The dual-pump technology (Peristaltic & Venturi) lets surgeons freely choose flow-based or vacuum-based aspiration, optimally matching each surgical step. The proprietary EasySys cassette ensures a seamless workflow and minimizes errors.
TWEDGE™ – High-Performance Vitrectomy Cutter
Designed specifically for the R-Evo Smart CR, this cutter provides continuous, stable vitreous removal. Retinal traction is markedly reduced, allowing surgeons to work gently, precisely, and safely during interventions.
Minimal Stress™ – Intelligent Ultrasound Energy Management
The ultrasound technology automatically detects lens nucleus density and adjusts phaco energy accordingly. The powerful 40 kHz phaco handpiece, combined with a wide range of tips, delivers efficient emulsification while reducing intraocular tissue damage, particularly to corneal endothelium. Balanced ultrasound protocols (Pulse, Burst, Duty Cycle) let surgeons adapt to varying nucleus densities.
