Product Description

Endo Optiks® is BVI's pioneering laser endoscopy solution, enabling surgeons to directly visualize intraocular structures and precisely deliver laser treatment in the same surgical step. It is especially valuable in complex glaucoma and retinal procedures where conventional microscopy has limited access.

Core Technologies

Integrated Endoscopy & Laser

Combines a high-power xenon light source (175–300W), high-resolution video camera, and treatment laser within a single probe. Endoscopic images are magnified and displayed on a heads-up monitor, giving surgeons a comfortable, unobstructed view of the surgical field.

Endoscopic Cyclophotocoagulation (ECP) for Glaucoma

This MIGS procedure reduces aqueous humor production by directly targeting the ciliary processes under endoscopic guidance. It can be performed as a standalone procedure, combined with cataract surgery, or via a pars plana approach. Long-term results show effective IOP control and reduced medication dependence.

Retinal Surgery Support

In eyes with corneal opacities, shallow anterior chambers, or complex pathology, endoscopy provides a panoramic view that helps surgeons operate precisely and shorten operative time.
