The double-walled sterilization chamber reduces sterilization times to just 8–25 minutes while maintaining high saturated steam quality. This technology facilitates the effective removal of air from the chamber, packaging, and hollow instruments.
- DRYtelligence – Smart Drying: A specially developed algorithm automatically adjusts the drying process based on the instrument load. This ensures optimal drying results and reduces drying time by up to 80%, while also lowering operating times, energy consumption, and costs.
- High Load Capacity: With a processing capacity of up to 9 kg, the Evolution Series stands out as a high-performance autoclave in its class. The rack system is optimized to maximize chamber volume, accommodating 8 trays or 4 MELAstore Boxes.
- Intuitive Operation: An extra-large Smart-Touch display enables intuitive operation, minimizes errors, and provides quick access to critical information. Features such as a delayed start timer, conductivity measurement, and the Media Board further streamline the workflow.
