MELAstore Box 100

Specially developed for the MELAtherm® 10 and MELAthem® 20 Series, the MELAstore® Tray 100 (dimensions BxHxT 17,9 x 3 x 28 cm) made of high-quality stainless steel ensures excellent cleaning results due to its large openings and enables quick and safe handling of individual instruments and instrument sets (e.g., for periodontal treatments, conservative treatments or minor surgical procedures). The advantages include a significant time saving, increased processing quality through standardisation, effective damage prevention as well as improved safety for the practice team. Variable silicone supports ensure a stable and secure fixation of the instruments. The ability to label each tray with an individual identification label supports seamless documentation of the reprocessing procedures.

MELAstore Box 200 — ME01192

The MELAstore Box 200 supports an efficient workflow from patient treatment and reprocessing to instrument storage, reducing the time, consumables, and costs associated with individually packaging instruments. The integrated lid filter helps maintain sterility, while labeling plates with or without barcodes support complete documentation. The box is designed to hold one MELAstore Tray 200.

MELAstore Tray 200

The MELAstore Tray 200 enables safe and efficient reprocessing of individual instruments and instrument sets, such as those used in oral surgery, in the MELAtherm 10 and MELAtherm 20. The tray measures 17.9 × 4.3 × 28 cm.

MELAstore Tray Ophthalmology — ME01189

The MELAstore Tray Ophthalmology is specifically designed to optimize the reprocessing of cataract surgery instrument sets. It consists of upper and lower baskets with flexible silicone supports, an injection rail, and versatile connections for secure fixation and effective cleaning of rigid, articulated, and complex hollow instruments.

MELAstore Transport Box

The MELAstore Transport Box provides space for individual instruments, up to five MELAstore Trays 100, or four MELAstore Trays 200. It enables safe transport of contaminated instruments from the treatment room to the reprocessing area, helping protect staff and patients from contamination and puncture injuries.
